DALE Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
- DALE belongs to Guillermo Serrano Zambudio.
- Contact: [email protected]
2. What DALE is
DALE lets you suggest spontaneous plans to the friends you choose and see who is in. It is free.
3. Who can use it
- People aged 16 and over.
- You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
On DALE you may not:
- put offensive, sexual, violent, discriminatory or illegal content in plans, names or notes;
- harass, threaten, impersonate someone else or send spam;
- use DALE for anything illegal or dangerous.
You can block anyone and report a person or a plan from the app. We review every report within 24 hours at most and, if these rules are broken, we remove the content and ban whoever posted it, without prior notice.
5. Plans are up to you
DALE only helps you tell each other. What happens in a plan (who turns up, how it goes and its risks, including those of doing sport) is the responsibility of the people taking part. Meet people you know and, if you don't know someone well, meet in a public place.
6. What you write
What you write is yours. You only give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, for as long as the service needs it. Plans are deleted 24 hours after their start time.
7. The service
We try to keep DALE working at all times, but it may fail, change or stop existing. If we shut it down, we will give notice in advance where possible. We are not liable for damage caused by using DALE, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded. If you download DALE from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.
8. Leaving
You can delete your account whenever you like from the app ("Your profile" → "Delete my account"). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
If we change these terms in an important way, we will let you know in the app. If you keep using it afterwards, you accept the new terms.
11. Applicable law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
